Calina is our habanero-infused turbinado cane sugar, composed in small batches to honor both the integrity of raw cane crystals and the nuanced heat of fresh chile.

Golden and mineral-rich, it opens with structured sweetness before revealing a clean, measured warmth. The natural depth of turbinado tempers the habanero’s brightness, allowing the heat to unfold gradually, precise, balanced, and never overpowering.
