This limited-batch sugar is meticulously crafted to showcase the depth and character of Ugandan vanilla at its most refined. Selected vanilla beans, prized for their earthy richness and gentle smoky warmth, are slow-infused into organic cane sugar using time-honored methods.
 
Whole beans are steeped for a full 12 months in organic Hawaiian vodka, allowing their complex aromatics to unfold gradually and completely.  They are then carefully dehydrated and finely milled, blending seamlessly into organic cane sugar, ensuring a deeply integrated flavor in every grain.  The result is a deeply layered sweetness with a smooth, lingering finish — elegant, restrained, and unmistakably indulgent.
